Yes — the RSPCA Lottery is now a truly national program, allowing us to sell tickets in every state and territory across Australia. No matter where you live, you can participate in the RSPCA Lottery with full confidence.

In 2025, South Australia and Western Australia became the final states to join the program. After working closely with state regulators to secure permits and ensure full compliance, transparency, and legitimacy, we’re proud to say the RSPCA Lottery is officially open nationwide.

Why is the RSPCA running a charity lottery?

In 2024, following the closure of the long-running RSPCA Raffle in most states, we launched the RSPCA Lottery Program — offering bigger and more exciting prizes than ever before.

This new chapter supports our mission in two ways:

• It allows us to give back to the incredible community that supports us.

Across Australia, 97% of our funding comes directly from generous supporters. The Lottery gives us a fresh, meaningful way to continue engaging the public and ensuring we can keep providing lifesaving care to animals.
