Thanks to our wonderful national partner, KONG Company, we're gifting 1,000 toys to shelter animals this Christmas! Our shelter teams will carefully select toys based on size, needs and suitability, ensuring every gift is safe and enjoyable. This means the toy an animal receives may differ from those pictured in our campaign.
Absolutely! Once you've joined the Pet Supporter Club, we'll send you a confirmation email letting you know your membership is active and a toy has been allocated to a shelter. Delivery times will vary depending on the shelter's location. However, your toy will be allocated as soon as your membership is confirmed. That means each of the first 1,000 eligible new Pet Supporter Club memberships equals one toy for an animal in our care this Christmas.
