2025: A Year of Paw-sitive Impact & Big Wins

As we step into the New Year, we’re looking back on an incredible 2025 for the RSPCA Lottery - full of unforgettable prizes and life-changing impact for animals across Australia. 

Every ticket purchased helps fund vital care, supporting the RSPCA to look after more than 72,000 animals every year. From cats finding forever homes to dogs receiving crucial medical care, your support has made the year brighter for thousands of animals.

🎉 A Big Year of Winning

2025 has been our biggest year ever. We’ve awarded $1.14 million in major prizes to 6 First Prize winners, including cars, caravans and gold bullion - and celebrated 76 Pet Supporter Club winners who shared in over $170,000 in BONUS prizes.

But the most memorable moments came from the people behind the wins.

• Vaughan from VIC entered RSPCA Lottery 86 for the first time and walked away with a $197,000 prize package, including a Toyota Prado VX, Sunrise Caravan and gold bullion. “The day I got that phone call, I didn’t know it would change the rest of our lives.”
• Victorian pensioner David won a $173,000 prize package and chose to trade it in so he could complete some overdue repairs on his cherished home projects that had become difficult due to health challenges. He was also able to set up small ‘rainy day’ accounts for his five children, giving him priceless peace of mind.
• NSW Pet Supporter Club member Haleema purchased $20 worth of tickets and won a Toyota Hilux and Sunrise Caravan. Haleema popped into the Brisbane office to meet the Lottery team on her first trip in her new car, amazed that her family now have this amazing prize package to enjoy. For her, supporting animals is what matters most: “Anything that helps animals is worth it.”

🐶 PAWSOME Stars of 2025

Let’s not forget about our PAWSOME stars! We also had some unforgettable four-legged ambassadors steal the spotlight this year.

From Pippi, the small-but-mighty Chihuahua who went from shelter stay to star while showcasing some impressive wheels in Lottery 85, to Spotto, the newest face of RSPCA Lottery, inspiring Australians to buy tickets and help rescue pups just like him, and who could forget Dozer, the lovable giant who helped up showcase Lottery 87. 

Our animal ambassadors helped share the heart of what RSPCA Lottery is all about. And who doesn’t love looking at cute dogs!
