GENERAL PET SUPPORTER MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. These Terms and Conditions are Pet Supporter Membership Program Terms and Conditions that form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSPCA Lottery.
    2. Details on how to become a Pet Supporter forms part of the conditions.
    3. Acceptance: By becoming a Pet Supporter, it is deemed that these terms and conditions have been accepted, and that the terms and conditions of automatically entered draws and promotions have also been accepted. These terms and conditions are made available on the RSPCA Lottery website.
    4. Eligibility: Pet Supporter Membership is open to all Australian residents 18 years or over other than those who are precluded from buying tickets under each draw’s terms and conditions.
    5. Commencement of membership: Pet Supporter Membership commences alongside the start of the membership, while access to promotions is subject to the promotion’s relevant conditions.
    6. Entry into draws: All Pet Supporter Members automatically purchase tickets every month in the current open RSCPA Lottery.
    7. Ongoing payment via card: Pet Supporter Memberships are paid for with card and are charged on the anniversary of commencement of membership each month. Should a membership commencement date be the 29th, 30th, 31st of a month, the anniversary payment will be charged on the 28th of each month after commencement of membership, whilst the membership remains active. Charge dates may change without notice. Pet Supporters credit cards are charged on the monthly anniversary date every month during an active membership.
    8. It is the responsibility of the Pet Supporter Member to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the nominated account before the due date of any automatic payment.
    9. Unsuccessful payment: In the event a payment fails, RSPCA Lottery reserves the right to re-attempt payment. RSPCA Lottery will attempt to advise the supporter of an unsuccessful payment via email and/or SMS, and thereafter will complete approximately 4 attempts at payment within a given month. After 4 consecutive months of unsuccessful payments, RSPCA Lottery will pause the membership.
    10. Updating details: Pet Supporter Members are responsible for keeping account details - including payment details - up to date. Expiration of a card will not automatically cancel the membership. Pet Supporter Members must contact RSPCA Lottery to cancel their membership.
    11. Updating subscription amounts: Pet Supporter Members can increase or decrease their nominated subscription amount at anytime by calling Customer Support at 07 3065 9128.
    12. Cancelling membership: Pet Supporter Members can cancel their account at any time. Contact Customer Support at 07 3065 9128. It may not be possible to stop an upcoming charge if not enough notice is received. Any tickets already issued in a closed RSPCA Lottery closed draw cannot be refunded. Refer to the RSPCA Lottery Refund Terms and Conditions for refund details.
    13. Non-compliance: RSPCA Lottery reserves the right to cancel a Pet Supporter Membership/s in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or payment requirements. RSPCA Lottery's decision in relation to any aspect is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
    14. Update of these terms: RSPCA Lottery may from time to time review and update these Terms. Your use of the Pet Supporter Membership Program will be governed by the most recent Terms posted at rspcalottery.com.au. By continuing to use the Pet Supporter Membership Program, you agree to be bound by the most recent Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updated versions of the Terms. Any notice of any material change to the Terms will at RSPCA Lottery option be either published on the Lottery website or sent to the email address if one is registered with the Pet Supporter Membership Program.

Promotional Draws Terms and Conditions

Pet Supporter Membership Program and Promotional Draws (the Promotional Draws) are conducted by RSPCA Lottery on behalf of The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Queensland) Limited (RSPCA Lottery). ABN 74851544037 for the purpose of funding charitable services of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia in Australia. The Pet Supporter Promotional Draws are authorised under NSW Authority TP/04135, ACT TP 25/01374.

Entry to the Pet Supporter 2025-2026 Promotional Draws (the Promotional Draws) is free.

DRAW DETAILS:

  • Winners Notifications: Winner will be contacted by their supplied phone number(s) and email. All Prize winners are notified in writing within 7 days of the draw via email or mail.
  • Winner’s Publication: Results are published online on the Winners page at www.rspcalottery.com.au on the day of the draw.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

  • Entry is open to eligible Pet Supporters during the Promotional Draws Period for each corresponding Prize. Eligible Pet Supporters will have the opportunity to win a prize by participating in the Promotional Draws.
  • You are an eligible Pet Supporter where you are an Active Member of the Pet Supporter Membership Program at the Prize Draw Date herein and at least 18 years of age or older at the time of participation and a resident of Australia and are not ineligible for entry.
  • The following persons are ineligible for entry:
    • People engaged in the management, sales, or supervision of the lottery and their immediate family, as well as the Lottery Managers employees, directors, managers and immediate family, are all ineligible to enter the Lottery
    • For the purposes of the above, Immediate Families means spouse, ex-spouse, child, stepchild, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling, residing at the same premises as the person.
  • It is the responsibility of all entrants of the lottery to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prizes offered as a part of the Promotional Draws.
  • Entrants agree to the publication of their ticket number, suburb, state and postcode in the event of a winning ticket.

PET SUPPORTER MEMBERSHIP

The Pet Supporter Membership Program is the membership program operated by RSPCA Lottery for the pre-ordering and payment of entries in RPSCA Lottery Prizes lotteries conducted by it on certain terms.

For the purpose of the Promotional Draws, you are an Active Member of the Pet Supporter Membership Program where your membership is not paused or cancelled at the Date of the Draw for the promotion and you have purchased a ticket/s in a RSPCA Lottery through your Pet Supporter Program membership, payment for which has been recorded as received by RSPCA Lottery (not declined or pending) prior to Date of the Draw for the promotion. Lottery ticket purchases outside Pet Supporter Program membership are ineligible to qualify for entry to the Promotional Draws. Any variation to your Pet Supporter membership ticket/s before the Date of the Draw will be applied to the next Promotional Draws to draw.

Eligible Pet Supporters are entered into the Promotional Draws as a bonus and in appreciation of participating in the Pet Supporter Membership Program unless you advise us otherwise at least 3 days before the Draw Date for the promotion that you do not wish to participate in. An opted out Pet Supporter member for a Promotional Draws is otherwise ineligible. Upon receipt of such notice, your entry to win a Prize in the Promotional Draws thereafter from receipt of such notice, is cancelled.

By participating in this promotion, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by same and promise you are not prohibited from accepting any Prize. Prizes are only transferrable to the winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions herein.

PAYMENT FOR PET SUPPORTER PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

RSPCA Lottery will attempt to take payment for RSPCA Lottery tickets as per an Active Member’s membership on the anniversary date of commencement of membership every month. Should a membership commencement date be the 29th, 30th, 31st of a month, the anniversary payment will be charged on the 28th of every month after commencement of membership, whilst the membership remains active. Payment will be taken from the default payment method within the Pet Supporter’s account. The selected default payment method may be changed from time to time.

Removal of a card from the Pet Supporter’s account without outright cancellation may cause payments to reinitiate at a later date upon addition of a new payment method or using a different payment method.

If the payment is unsuccessful, RSPCA Lottery will attempt to advise the supporter of an unsuccessful payment via email and/or SMS, and thereafter will complete approximately 4 attempts at payment within a given month. After 4 consecutive months of unsuccessful payments, RSPCA Lottery will pause the membership.

Fifty-two (52) Pet Supporter Weekly Draws will be drawn every Friday at 11am AEST, commencing 27 June 2025 through to the final draw on Friday, 19 June 2026. Where a Queensland Public Holiday should fall on a Friday, the Pet Supporter Weekly Draw will be drawn on the Thursday immediately prior.

To be eligible for the Pet Supporter Weekly Prize Draws you must be an Active RSPCA Lottery Pet Supporter Member at the date of entry into the relevant Pet Supporter draw with a successful ticket purchase in the last RSPCA Lottery your Pet Supporter Program membership automatic payment was processed. One entry per Pet Supporter account. An RSPCA Lottery Pet Supporter is defined as a supporter that has an ongoing automatic subscription order of one (1) or more tickets purchased via Credit Card or PayPal, excludes purchases made through OZ Lotteries. Lottery ticket purchases outside Pet Supporter Program membership are ineligible to qualify for entry to the Promotional Draws. PRIZES – GENERAL:

      • All Prizes are valued at manufacturers/suppliers recommended retail (list) price including GST.
      • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
      • Where Prizes are Cash* or Gift Card**, Victorian residents receive a Woolworths WISH Gift Card for Prizes under $5,000, and Gold Bullion for Prizes worth $5,000 and over.
      • Where a prize is described as a “Gift Card” it will be delivered as an electronic gift card to the email address on record or it may be delivered via SMS to the mobile phone number on record. If an email or mobile number is not on record and/or cannot be obtained a Gift Card will be issued.
      • All Gift Cards accepted at merchants’ discretion.
      • Gold Bullion valued at purchase price - selling costs and market fluctuations apply.
      • Winning Pet Supporter Accounts and winners are validated against records held in our database and all draws are final.

UNCLAIMED PRIZES

Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with the combined legislative requirements as outlined following:

Where RSPCA is unable to contact a winner or any prize remains unclaimed, the requirements of the applicable state/territory legislation will be followed. State/territory requirements at time of permit approval is as follows:

      • Queensland – Until the prize is given to the winner, the prize will be kept for one year from the day the prize winner is decided. If the prize is not claimed within one year, the incorporated eligible association may apply the prize or its sale proceeds to the association’s purpose. However, this does not affect a person’s right to claim a prize during the period for claiming a prize, which is 3 years from the day the prize winner is decided.
      • New South Wales – If despite every reasonable effort RSPCA Lottery cannot contact a prize winner, the organisers will retain the prize for three months after the draw. At the end of three months if the prize remains unclaimed, RSPCA Lottery are required to submit a letter to the legislator setting out full details of steps taken to contact the winner and to deliver the prize and seeking permission to sell the prize. After receiving written approval, the prize will be sold, and the proceeds of sale will be deposited to the RSCPA Queensland Limited, the organisation that is conducting the trade promotion.
      • Australian Capital Territory – All prizes in the lottery will be distributed or allocated as approved. If a prize is not claimed within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature of the prize, the person conducting the promotion must draw another winning ticket or entry. Should a redraw be necessary, it will be conducted on the respective Friday, 12 months after the original draw at L11, 135 Coronation Drive, Milton QLD, 4064 at 11am by means of approved random number generator.
      • Victoria – If a winner does not claim a prize in a raffle and RSPCA Lottery which conducted the raffle cannot, after reasonable efforts to do so, find a winner of the prize the community or charitable organisation to benefit from the raffle must ensure that the prize is retained for 12 months after the draw or, if the prize is livestock or property of a perishable nature, may sell the prize in a way that brings a reasonable price and retain the proceeds (after deducting the reasonable costs of the sale) for 12 months after the draw. If a prize or proceeds of the sale of a prize retained under sub-regulation remain unclaimed after a period of 12 months after the draw of the raffle, the community or charitable organisation must sell or otherwise dispose of the prize if this has not already been done and must pay the proceeds (after deducting the reasonable costs of the sale or disposal) to the Treasurer for payment into the Consolidated Fund.
      • For all other locations including Queensland, the Queensland requirements will be followed.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

    • Winners must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the RSPCA Lottery to award the winner the Prize.
    • RSPCA Lottery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to recover damages, or other compensation it may deem sufficient, in the event an individual breaches these terms and conditions.
    • Winners agree to participate in promotional activities associated with winning, including, but not limited to, being interviewed, and photographed. The Winner grants to the RSPCA Lottery, exclusive rights to use such audio, footage, and/or photographs. The Winner is not entitled to a fee or other payment for the use of these promotional activities.
